The Firm has extensive experience in advising on infrastructure matters across a broad range of sectors, including roads and highways, airports, ports, metro rail networks, industrial corridors, logistics parks, smart cities, water and wastewater projects, urban infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and social infrastructure. The Firm regularly advises on project development, procurement, EPC and concession agreements, operation and maintenance contracts, project financing, regulatory compliance, contractual disputes, and infrastructure-related arbitrations and litigation.

The Firm regularly advises clients with respect to issues arising out of Production Sharing Contracts, FIDIC contracts, vetting of bids and advising clients with respect to their rights under the RFQ and RFP.

Drafting and preparation of Works Contracts, vetting of concessionaire agreements, vetting of BOT contracts, BOOT contracts, PPP contracts, Coal Mining Agreements, EPC Contracts as well as Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements and related work.
